The Access to Justice Board invites you to Advancing Justice Through Community Partnerships.

This Valentine's Day celebrate by declaring your love for equity and justice at the Alliance for Equal Justice Community Partnerships Forum. Please join us after the Goldmark Award Luncheon for a State Plan-driven discussion on building authentic, accountable, and lasting community-legal partnerships. Community leaders and panelists from across Washington will share examples of regional partnership strategies highlighting: what has worked, what has been gained, and what challenges can arise. Speakers include Colleen Echohawk, executive director of Chief Seattle Club; Jodi Nishioka, executive director of Communities Rise; Chris Lovings, community engagement and volunteer manager at Eastside Legal Assistance Program; Debbie Lacy, co-founder and executive director of the Eastside Refugee & Immigrant Coalition (ERIC); and other speakers soon-to-be-announced. The session will culminate in small group discussions based on geographic affinities and planning for ongoing collaboration at the local level.

Please RSVP here.
