Amicus Curiae Brief Committee

The Amicus Curiae Brief Committee has been sunsetted. The Board of Governors Executive Committee now reviews all requests for amicus curiae participation by the WSBA and makes recommendations to the Board of Governors regarding whether the Bar should file an amicus brief.

For information on how to request amicus curiae participation by the WSBA, please read the Amicus Curiae Brief Policy.
