WSBA Governance
The Board of Governors is the governing body of the WSBA that determines the general policies of the Bar and approves its budget each year. The board moves the Bar forward with an eye toward its long-standing mission, guiding principles, and short-term strategic goals. The board consists of the President, and members elected from each Congressional District and at-large.
Your Congressional District is listed on myWSBA (log in required). You can also enter your home address (or if you live out of state, your agent of service address) on this congressional district map. Choose "Congressional," select "Find My District," and then the map next to the symbol marking your address.

Meeting materials are posted on Friday afternoon three weeks prior to the Board meeting. Late materials, if any, are posted the day prior to the Board meeting. . Input on the agenda topics is welcome and can accomplished by sending an email to boardfeedback@wsba.org.

How to Attend Remotely

The WSBA Board of Governors uses the Zoom Webinar platform for Public Meetings. When joining the meeting, attendees may remain anonymous. The Zoom platform requires an email upon login to the platform, however this information is not retained by WSBA.Attendees
Attendees can indicate their desire to make public comment by raising their hand. Once recognized, they will be granted microphone rights. Once finished commenting, they should lower their hand, and the host will remove microphone rights.
Presenters
Meeting presenters are promoted to the role of panelist during their presentation time. Note that this transition takes a few moments. Once promoted, presenters have microphone rights and can turn on their video. As a default, their video will be off. After the topic that they are present for is complete, presenters will be moved back into the role of an Attendee.
