Oath Review & Drafting Task Force
In July 2025, the WSBA Board of Governors approved the establishment of the WSBA Oath Review & Drafting Task Force to evaluate whether WSBA should suggest the Washington Supreme Court amend Washington’s APR 5 oaths for legal professionals and, if so, prepare draft amendments for consideration.
