Mary M. Rathbone, Governor, District 4
Mary Rathbone was elected to the Board of Governors in 2022 and reelected in 2024. She is a partner at Moberg Law Group, P.S. She has a B.A. in business administration from Washington State University, with an emphasis in international business. She obtained her license to practice law through the APR 6 Law Clerk Program. For the last 14 years, she has worked primarily in civil defense litigation. When she is not at the office, she can be found balancing ballet, piano, karate, and baseball with her two children.
