About the Committee
The Executive Committee of the Board of Governors addresses emergent, non-policy-making matters that need timely attention between Board meetings. It also helps develop the Board meeting agenda. Its authority comes solely from the Board of Governors and is limited to the authority the Board grants.
The committee is established by WSBA Bylaws Article VII, Section D

Attending a Meeting
Executive Committee meetings are open to the public, except for executive sessions. Participation and comment at the meeting are at the Chair's discretion.
