Matter of Estate of Rathbone, 412 P.3d 1283 (2018): limitations on Superior Court jurisdiction in nonintervention probates.
Harris v. Griffith, 413 P.3d 51 (Wash. Ct. App. 2018): attorney who files a notice of appearance on behalf of an estate may not later represent another in opposition to the personal representative of the estate as it is a conflict of interest.
